Established in 1916, the Texas Chiropractic Association is a professional service organization providing a unified voice for all of its members. The T.C.A. is dedicated to promoting the chiropractic profession through greater public awareness, ongoing legislative efforts and eliminating barriers to patient access so that members can compete effectively in the healthcare delivery system. The ultimate mission of the T.C.A. is to promote and protect chiropractic in Texas.

The Texas Chiropractic Association is comprised of 12 districts. We are District Five and our boundaries extend from Sherman to Corsicana and Irving to Greenville. We have approximately 900 chiropractors in our district. 

On January 1, 2009, T.C.A. District Five became a non-profit corporation in the State of Texas. The name of our corporation is Texas Chiropractic Association District Five, Inc.
