Litigation Fund

The Texas Chiropractic Association District Five, Inc. Litigation Fund was created on June 15, 2010. The Texas Chiropractic Association District Five, Inc. Litigation Fund has been established so that our non-profit corporation has a legal way to accept financial donations from individuals and corporations. The Litigation Fund monies will be used to pay for expenses related to the T.M.A. vs T.B.C.E. Lawsuit.

Under the direction of Dr. Ricky Hanks, our Litigation Fund Treasurer, our Litigation Fund will have the monies necessary to pay for attorney expenses, mailing expenses and other expenses related to the ongoing T.M.A. vs T.B.C.E. with the T.C.A. as an Intervenor.

The District Five Litigation Fund is separate of the T.C.A. statewide Litigation Fund.
