The Physician and Imaging Network Created For Your Patients

We are building a network of premier medical and imaging facilities that are located throughout the Dallas metroplex. This network is being created to assist you in making sure your patients get the best experience possible when you refer your patient to a medical doctor or an imaging facility.

By using the medical doctors and imaging facilities in the network, not only will your patients have an exceptional experience and you will get a report that assists you in providing the treatment plan you need for your patient’s care but these are facilities that are in most of the major managed care networks, they take LOP’s, W/C cases, provide cash discounts if your patient has no insurance and have payment plans for your patients if that is needed.

Whether you are a T.C.A. member or not, the District Five Physician and Imaging Facility Network was created for you; so that you always know that when you refer a patient to one of the network doctors or imaging facilities they will treat your patient the way you would like them treated – like royalty.

If you already use one of the medical doctors or imaging facilities in the District Five Network, please continue to do so. If you are using a medical doctor or imaging facility that is not in the network, please consider changing your choice. If you have never referred a patient to a medical doctor or ordered a MRI or CT before, please call the contact person on the network list below and have them walk you through the process.
